Steps for transferring your character data

Thank you for playing IZANAGI Online.

This is introduction to transfer your data between your old device to new device. (From iOS to Android and vice-versa)

You can continue to play with the same account you were using with the following steps.
Characters and owned items can be transferred, but paid items may not be able to transfer depends on the situation.

Please read carefully the character transfer service conditions before proceeding to any transfer.
The operation will be at your own responsibility, so please note that we may not be able to provide any support should an issue occur during the character transfer process.


Caution of using [Transfer Code] for character transfer.

-Transferring to iOS device.

If you are transferring from Android to iOS, please be sure to unsubscribe Monthly Ticket Course before proceeding character transfer.

*There is no Monthly Ticket Course for iOS.

*Using transfer code erases your Gems.

-Transferring to other Android

We recommend to use [Google ID (Google Account)] for transferring character data between Android to Android.
If you have uninstalled the app by accident or changed the device, you can recover your character data by using the same [Google ID (Google Account)] to the device.

You can login IZANAGI Online with your new and old device after the character transfer.

-Transferring from Android to iOS device.
Step1: Save your [Transfer Code].

Launch [IZANAGI Online] on your old device (Android)
and check if you have unsubscribed Monthly Ticket Course.

After unsubscription is confirmed, please take following steps and save your [Transfer Code] somewhere safe.

1. Tap [Campaign]
2. Tap [Change Device].
3. Tap [Other Device].
4. Tap [OK].
5. Tap [Display Transfer Code].
6. Tap [Copy], then tap [OK].
7. Save your [Transfer Code] somewhere safe.

Please save your Transfer Code somewhere safe.
*Issuing [Transfer Code] doesn't complete the data transfer.

Step2: Input [Transfer Code].

Launch [IZANAGI Online] on your new device (iOS).
Please take following steps to transfer after launching the application.

1. Tap [Campaign]
2. Tap [Change Device].
3. Tap [Other Device].
4. Tap [OK].
5. Tap [Input Transfer Code].
6. Check [Last Confirmation] and tap [OK].
7. Input [Transfer Code].
8. Tap [Transfer].

Step3: Character data confirmation.

After completing Step 2, please check if your character is transferred to new device.
*Your character will be erased on your old device.

-From iOS to Android.
Step1: Save your [Transfer Code].

Launch [IZANAGI Online] on your old device (iOS)
Please take following steps and save your [Transfer Code] somewhere safe after launching the application.

1. Tap [Campaign].
2. Tap [Change Device].
3. Tap [Other Device].
4. Tap [OK].
5. Tap [Display Transfer Code].
6. Tap [Copy], then tap [OK].
7. Save your [Transfer Code] somewhere safe.

Please save your Transfer Code somewhere safe.
*Issuing [Transfer Code] doesn't complete data transfer.

Step2: Input [Transfer Code].

Launch [IZANAGI Online] on your new device (Android).
Please take following steps to transfer after launching the application.

1. Tap [Campaign]
2. Tap [Change Device].
3. Tap [Other Device].
4. Tap [OK].
5. Tap [Input Transfer Code].
6. Check [Last Confirmation] and tap [OK].
7. Input [Transfer Code].
8. Tap [Transfer].

Step3: Character data confirmation.

After completing Step 2, please check if your character is transferred to new device.
*Your character will be erased on your old device.
