Due to a high number of issues occurring during the data transfer process, we would like to once again provide information on common mistakes.
Please be aware that your character data will be permanently lost if incorrect steps are taken. We ask that you carefully review the information below and proceed at your own risk.
■Swapping or exchanging character data between two different devices is not possible.
Example:
Step 1. A transfer code is issued on Device A.
Step 2. A transfer code is issued on Device B.
Step 3. The account from Device A is transferred to Device B.
In the case above, the action in Step 3 invalidates the transfer code issued on Device B, making it unusable. It is not possible to transfer the overwritten data from Device B back to Device A.
If you wish to keep the data for both accounts, you will need to prepare a third device.
■Please note that Gems cannot be transferred when switching between different operating systems (e.g., from Android to iOS or vice versa).
We strongly recommend that you use all of your coins before initiating the transfer process.
■When transferring your account from Android to iOS, please be sure to cancel your monthly subscription.
Please be extremely careful, as we may not be able to recover your character data if it is lost.
