Concerning this matter, there is a case that we are unable to restore the deleted data, so please refrain from updating to "iOS 10.3" or deleting the app.

We recommend you to note and preserve information below to prepare for unexpected problem.

-Purchase History (Date/Time, Price, Order Number)
*These should be viewable in iTunes or payments.gooogle.com.
*For Google Play, it could be "Order Number" or "Transaction ID".
*These should be viewable by logging into iTunes on PC.
*These should also be viewable in the automated reply from Apple Inc. upon purchase.
-The date/time of latest login of the subject account (E.g. dd/mm/yyyy).
-Position of the latest logout (E.g. Map XXX near the NPC XXX).
-Description of Gem Usage (E.g. Used for purchasing XXX Lottery around mm/yyyy).
-All names of the equipped items for all of the characters that exist in the subject account (E.g. Right Hand: Lv11 Katana +2 LEGEND).
